Le Sueur-Henderson High School

Rothenburg-Innsbruck-Salzburg-Würzburg 2010
Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful tour for us. You were absolutely right - it was completely worry free for me. Christine is amazing - just as you said, she adjusted the plans when we needed to.
We had several days of rain, so twice she suggested changes to include an indoor program rather than walking around outside for so many hours. We were able to go to Swarovski Crystal World and the Saltmine, both of which the group enjoyed thoroughly. She was very flexible in working with me to obtain the payment as well. I would love to take another group and have her as our leader again!
Thomas the bus driver was wonderful as well, He adjusted his schedule willingly to accommodate the indoor programs on his afternoons off.
We all marveled at his ability to turn corners with barely a centimeter of room between his bus and other cars. We had a very new Mercedes bus - unfortunately a rock hit the windshield one day on the autobahn and caused some damage low on the right side.
The accomodations were exceptional, and this is the feedback from the group. The most quaint was in Rothenburg, but Christine was not happy with the manager when she would not let us take along breakfast sandwiches for 3 students whose alarm did not go off. The most beautiful surroundings and spacious rooms (and the owner was extremely helpful and kind) was in Imst. I told the owner I would highly recommend you use that property again - she just did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. While all the breakfast buffets were wonderful, Imst also had the best one, with pleasant service. The most comfortable beds were in Salzburg, and Wurzburg was also very good. Small rooms, but very nice with beautiful views.
Overall it was very successful and we would gladly go again, and travel with Macy's. I don't know how you ever adjust to all the travel you do, though. I feel completely unaware of day and time, and I'm hungry every couple of hours, but food does not settle well. Sleep comes and goes when it feels like it, not when I want to! Very strange.

Well, best regards to you, and thank you so much again.

Salzburg - Vienna 2009
We have used the ACIS agency, Encore Tours, and Cultours Europe for all of our travelling needs. Destinations since 2001 have included all areas of Europe, South America and Asia over the course of 9 separate tours.
The two companies work so well together taking care of everything we need. Assistance was readily available at every stage of the planning and process with passports, visas, and all documentation that would be required. They made all necessary arrangements for venues, performance sites, and sightseeing. We have never had an issue with luggage, instruments or other equipment. Those items that we could not transport and needed to rent locally were of fine quality and available when we were told they would be. All guides remained with us throughout our tours, were bilingual when necessary and ably handled anything that arose. They were knowledgeable about the locations, could navigate every city well, and made every accommodation with regard to restaurants and any special dietary needs.
In addition to handling all travel arrangements, including those unique and specific to our musical requirements to the highest standards, I always found everyone with whom I spoke to be caring, understanding, polite, and professional. Every request and question was given full consideration in the best possible manner, taken very seriously and always accomplished quickly and efficiently. I was always given support and help in every aspect of this daunting process.
Every individual involved in these organizations made it possible for me and my students to have the best experiences one could imagine. Their professionalism offered the many students I have travelled with over the years the musical experiences of their lives. I cannot thank everyone enough for the cherished memories you have given all of us.

Chester County Voices Abroad / USA

Salzburg - Rothenburg - Weimar - Berlin 2008
I too am most eager to share my thoughts about your company. And so I most sincerely say" The two trips that Chester County Voice Abroad experienced with Cultours were undoubtedly two of the best of our 17 European Tours. The accommodations, venues, attention to details etc. were exceptional. It would be my desire to have this company to work with each year."
They are not just words but sincere feelings about our experiences. All the best to you.

Sincerely,

Canadian Opera Children Choir

Vienna - Budapest - Salzburg 2007
"During the past thirty years I have been involved in several aspects of opera: singing on tour with the Canadian Opera Company, touring as a conductor with choral groups, stage directing opera at the university level, and now conducting the Canadian Children's Opera Chorus. The CCOC toured Austria with Cultours Europe in June/July 2007 and this was the first time I had the good fortune to witness outstanding service at every step of the journey! Truly magnificent experience for all choristers and staff! I would not consider working with any other tour group but Cultours Europe!"

Vienna - Salzburg 2006
We are in the process of preparing to again perform in Vienna and Salzburg and are looking forward to another enjoyable and worthwhile tour for our choristers. The planning provided by you and Cultours' staff, the attention paid to details, as with our last tour, is most satisfactory and very much appreciated by our tour committee and myself.
