- Technical details (lighting, electrical connections, microphones, risers)
- Accessability (by bus or car, then lifts and stairs)
- Visual factors (architectural or period style)
- Facilities available (dressing rooms, rooms for the conductor and soloists, rehearsal rooms, toilets, storerooms for instruments, etc…)
