Conditions of Participation

Please keep in mind that max. 8 groups can participate!

1. Registration fee

The registration fee of Euro 75 per person applies to all participants. The registration is confirmed with an initial deposit of Euro 350. By cancellation up to four weeks before the beginning of the festival, the registration fee will be returned minus a penalty fee of Euro 200 for the group. Cancellation between 4 weeks and one week incurs a penalty of 50%. Cancellation thereafter means a complete forfeiture of the registration fee.

2. Documentation to accompany registration

a. A photograph of your group and a separate photograph of the conductior preferably professional portraits as jpg-documents, which can be reproduced.
b. A list of the pieces you wish to perform in the Concert of Nations with full name of the composer, pieces (in case of folk songs, a short description), duration.
c. A History of your ensemble telling us your home city and country, school,.past tours, prizes (maximum 1-2 A 4 pages as a Word document).
d. Biographies of the conductor and soloists. Education, experience, competitons, prizes, max. 1-2 pages (as a Word document).
e. A concert program of 40 minutes duration, with the names of the composers and descriptions of the pieces (as a Word document).
f. Recording of the group made within the past two years.
g. Compulsory pieces will be sung by all participants. Tutti rehearsal on the day of the concert..
h. Cancellation of the festival through Cultours Europe Minimum 5 groups, maximum 10 groups. Cultours Europe reserves the right to change the program or to cancell the festival if the minimum number of groups is not reached. Deadline for cancellation is April 30th of the festival year.
