Choir and Orchestra Festivals

Whether you and your group are interested in taking part in one of our three festivals (the Cantus Salisburgensis Spring Festival, the Cantus Salisburgensis Summer Festival or the Magic Mozart Moments) or in making a concert tour through some of Europe's most beautiful cities - Cultours Europe will plan and organize the tour and transform your ideas into reality.

All three of our festivals offer orchestras and choruses (Magic Mozart Moments only for choruses) from all over the world the opportunity to get to know Salzburg, the city of Mozart's birth, in a very special way. You'll meet other choruses and orchestras, perform together in some of the famous concert halls and churches of the city and form relationships with people of other countries and cultures.

The Manchester Youth Choir Festival

for choirs

Formed in 1993, a member of ABTA (V6881) and holding an Air Travel Organisers Licence from the CAA (ATOL 4033), Breakaway Tours specialises in tours and festivals for amateur sports teams, sports supporters and music groups. Having taken sports and music groups on tour all around the World, and been involved as official tour operators for prestigious events such as the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games and the 2007 Rugby Union World Cup, we began to organise weekend rugby festivals for children's teams some seven years ago.

These have developed apace during the last few years and, for example, our 2011 Scarborough Mini Rugby Festival was a feat of organisation with 67 teams, 297 matches, 815 players and some 2000 people staying for the weekend. Our small, talented, friendly team continues to offer a first class service to all of our clients. We believe that "Singing in the City" will offer a first class weekend to all choirs, no matter what their standard. Having sent choirs to similar Festivals in Europe where they have had a wonderful time, this is the first such festival in the UK and we hope that this festival will become an annual event.
